Traditional Graphics fabricators are essentially working in 2D and utilizing a variety of wide format printing and CADCut vinyl. With 22+ years of fabrication experience in the NYC area creating exhibitions, we started incorporating in house printing to save additional outside production costs and to coordinate between graphics and fabrication production. This speeds production and reduces costs, fewer emails.

Projects either begin as 2d-based designs (bitmap or vector based) or 3d (3dm, dwg, dxf, pdf, ai, eps, 3ds, lwo, stl, obj, skp and others). The files can then be brought into CAM Software for creating Machining files using various materials including: Signfoam/HDU, Plexiglass, Sintra, Lexan, Blue foam, MDF/LDF, Solid Wood, Plywoods, Aluminum, Brass (for a more complete list see our CNC Machining section). Finishing including: sandblasting, hand carving and expert artisan wood finishing, hand painting, stencils, sprayed finished, laminates, CADCut vinyl and incorporation of printed media.
